Your Roof May Have
Years Left in It.
Restore and extend the life of your asphalt shingle roof — without the cost of a full roof replacement.
Professional roof rejuvenation helps restore the natural oils lost from aging shingles, helping improve flexibility, appearance, and weather resistance.
Before You Replace Your Roof, See If It Can Be Rejuvenated.
Asphalt shingles age from the inside out. Sun, heat, and weather gradually draw out the oils that keep the shingle mat flexible. Over time shingles can become dry and brittle, and they begin to look worn long before the roof deck itself has a problem.
A rejuvenation treatment is applied directly to those shingles. If your roof is otherwise sound, it is worth checking whether replacement is really the next step.
How the treatment works →Roof Replacement
Full tear-off- —Major expense

- —Tear-off and disposal
- —Weeks of planning
- —Thousands of dollars
Roof Rejuvenation
One-day service- Fraction of replacement cost
- Fast application
- Minimal disruption

- Extends useful roof life
Costs and timelines vary by roof size, condition, and market. Both are confirmed in writing after the assessment.

Granule loss and heavy organic staining across the north slopes. Deck and flashing sound, so rejuvenation was the appropriate route rather than a full tear-off. Treated in a single day.

How Roof Rejuvenation Works
Free Roof Assessment
We inspect your roof and determine whether rejuvenation may be an appropriate option.
Professional Application
Our trained team applies the rejuvenating treatment evenly across the asphalt shingles.

Restored & Protected
The treatment penetrates the shingles and helps restore oils lost through normal aging.
A Smarter Option for an Aging Roof.
Rejuvenation is not a substitute for replacing a failing roof. It is a maintenance step for a roof that still has structure worth protecting.
Extend Roof Life
Help your existing shingles continue performing before replacement becomes necessary.
Restore Flexibility
Replenish oils that can be lost as asphalt shingles age.
Improve Appearance
Give an aging roof a refreshed, darker appearance.
Less Disruption
Avoid the tear-off, noise, debris, and construction associated with replacement.
More Affordable
A rejuvenation treatment can cost significantly less than replacing an otherwise serviceable roof.
Fast Application
Most projects can be completed quickly with minimal disruption to the homeowner.
What Happens to Your Roof as It Ages?
Stiff, dry, losing granules
This is where most rejuvenation candidates sit. Shingles feel dry and stiff, edges can curl slightly, and granule loss becomes obvious. The deck underneath is usually still sound.

Common Questions
Six of the questions homeowners ask most. The full list is on the FAQ page.
All questions →What is roof rejuvenation?
It’s a treatment applied to the surface of aging asphalt shingles. The product is designed to work into the shingle and help restore some of the oils that are lost through normal weathering — the oils that keep a shingle flexible rather than brittle.
How does roof rejuvenation work?
After the roof is assessed and cleared of loose debris, the treatment is sprayed evenly across every shingle slope at the coverage rate the product specifies. It absorbs into the shingle rather than sitting on top of it the way a coating or paint would.
What types of roofs can be rejuvenated?
Asphalt shingle roofs — both 3-tab and architectural. Metal, tile, wood shake, and flat membrane roofs are not candidates. If you’re not sure what you have, we’ll identify it during the assessment.
How long does the application take?
Most single-family homes are finished in a few hours on one day. There’s no tear-off, no dumpster, and no debris field, so you don’t need to move out or clear the driveway for a week.
How long does roof rejuvenation last?
That depends on the roof’s starting condition, its ventilation, and how much sun and weather it takes. Rather than quote a number we can’t stand behind, we’ll tell you at the assessment what we’d expect for your specific roof and when we’d want to look at it again.
How much does roof rejuvenation cost?
It varies with roof size, pitch, and condition, but it is a fraction of what a full replacement costs in this market. You get a written price after the free assessment, before anything is scheduled.
